Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Teroya account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete in the App

  1. Open TEROYA and go to Account and Settings.
  2. Press and hold Delete account for three seconds.
  3. Confirm deletion. Your session will close automatically.

Delete Without App Access

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Teroya account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete Teroya Account".
  3. Include your player ID or account email, if available.

What Happens Next

We will verify the request and delete account data that is no longer needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
