Overview

Teroya respects your privacy. This page explains the types of information that may be collected when you use the game and how that information is handled.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, Teroya collects your email address, account identifier, display name, gameplay progress, multiplayer and social activity, in-game messages, feedback and support messages, push notification token, app installation or device identifiers, language, time zone, purchase records, and advertising data.

Google Mobile Ads may collect IP address-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ads viewed, interactions with the app and ads, crash logs, and performance or diagnostic information. The choices available to you depend on your region and device settings.

Optional Analytics and Diagnostics

Usage analytics and crash or performance diagnostics are optional and are disabled until you make a choice. You can enable or disable each category independently at any time under Privacy and Data in the in-app settings. Disabling analytics clears locally held analytics identity data and stops future analytics collection.

Advertising consent is handled separately through Google's consent flow where required. Changing analytics or diagnostics does not change your advertising choice.

How We Use Information

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, save progress, run multiplayer and social features, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve stability, display and measure ads, and meet legal requirements.

Service Providers

Teroya uses Supabase for accounts and online game data, Firebase Analytics for optional usage analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring for optional diagnostics, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit for purchases, and Google Mobile Ads for advertising. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated personal data from the in-app account settings. You can manage notification permission in your device settings, change optional analytics and diagnostics choices in the app, and, where required, manage advertising privacy choices in the app.

Children

Teroya is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. Please contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.
